History

UAB “Vita Baltic International” was incorporated in 1997. Foam manufacturing plant was built in Southern Lithuania, on the outskirts of Alytus, in Jurgiškiai village. The company is the only large-scale PU foam manufacturer in the Baltic states.

The company belongs (is part of) the Vita Group, one of the largest polyurethane producers in the world. Overall investment including construction of the state-of-the-art manufacturing facility and purchase of foam production and processing lines incorporating the latest technology totaled to 9 million USD.

The company is committed to continuous expansion of its manufacturing and technology base. In consideration of evolving market demands, new technologies and product innovation are given high priority and receive substantial internal funding. In the last four years alone, investments exceeded 2 million EUR.
